O Paparico received Maurício Pinto d'Os Goliardos, in a fantastic wine tasting. And as it couldn't be otherwise, we took the moment to share a more private glass of wine, in a conversation where the theme was the world he represents: the wines.

For the second consecutive year, we were awarded the Traveller's Choice Awards "The Best of the Best 2020" by Tripadvisor, taking second place in the category of the best Restaurants in Portugal.
We went to visit Sérgio Ribeiro, the man behind Carnes Jacinto and some of the meat presented in O Paparico. This young Portuguese producer, represents the fifth generation of his family, who saw in the art of working with meat his passion and his life.
